For MONTEE, we built a manufacturing application that connects work plans with execution at an operator terminal. The project shows how planning and interfaces on the production floor can work together.

AP Prüfservice illustrates the connection between order management and work in the field. A5Hub is a project reference for connecting project planning with resource management. Each project page explains the context and the functions.

For your project, we assess which workflows can be transferred and where adaptation is needed. Where standard software does not fit, we develop a business application or extend existing systems. A clickable prototype makes the proposed interface visible early.

Start with the most important process

For an AI pilot, we select one task with you and agree evaluation criteria before development. This includes suitable sample data, a business owner and cases in which the application should ask a follow-up question or hand work to a person.

For a visual task, Camera AI can provide that starting point: a clearly defined object or event is tested under the actual imaging conditions. Image quality, false alarms and missed events are included in the assessment. The pilot establishes what detection performance is achievable for this use case.

You receive a documented basis for deciding whether the solution should be expanded, changed or stopped. Further development includes separately agreed interfaces, permissions and operating responsibilities. The channels, source systems or cameras that can be connected are assessed against the available access.

Do we need our own AI team?

You need someone who understands the process and can assess the results. We take on the agreed development work and define with you which responsibilities remain in operation.

Does T-NEX also build software without AI?

Yes. Clear rules and a well-designed interface solve many tasks. AI is included where its value for a specific step can be evaluated.

Can existing systems stay?

Existing applications and data sources form part of the initial review. Feasible connections depend on their interfaces and access permissions.
