01 / The concrete use case

Where does work
pile up today?

An AI agent can evaluate information and use tools or interfaces within defined limits. Its value shows in the complete process: from the incoming request to the next completed step.

01 Customer service

One request.
The right context.

A service agent can pre-sort enquiries, combine product knowledge with the history of the case and prepare a reply for review.

Needs
Request, approved knowledge, customer case
Result
Suggested reply and next processing step
Approval
Before sending or making a binding commitment
02 Sales support

From interest
to a draft quote.

A sales agent can check details for completeness, gather product information and create a draft for further processing.

Needs
Request, product data, available CRM context
Result
Structured basis for a quote
Approval
For prices, discounts and commitments to customers
03 Technical service

Find knowledge.
Move the case forward.

An agent can combine the fault description, model details and maintenance knowledge, show relevant sources and prepare targeted follow-up questions.

Needs
Service case, technical documents, measures taken so far
Result
Referenced hints and open questions
Approval
By the responsible specialists

The examples show possible development scopes. Data access, interfaces and permitted actions are reviewed for each project.

Also for work between your teams.

Internal requests need complete details and clear responsibilities. T-NEX plans agents that query information, prepare processes and hand exceptions to the responsible person.

02 / Our service

An agent that fits
your operations.

T-NEX combines custom software development, AI functions and business processes. Depending on the agreed project, this can include concept, development, system integration, testing and preparing operations.

We start with a task your team knows well. Together we define the result that is needed and how good processing can be recognised.

Custom software development at T-NEX
  1. Assignment & limits

Trigger, result, permitted actions and stop conditions.

  2. Knowledge & integration

Suitable sources, interfaces and rights limited to the task.

  3. Operation & approvals

One interface for proposals, sources, follow-up questions and decisions.

  4. Review & handover

Agreed test cases, documented results and responsibilities for operations.

Choosing the right solution

Agent, chatbot
or workflow?

The task decides the technology. A chatbot conducts the dialogue, a workflow follows fixed rules. An agent can choose suitable steps within its assignment. These building blocks can be combined.

03 / System integration

Your systems remain
the starting point.

An agent needs reliable data and clearly limited access. T-NEX checks which interfaces your ERP, CRM or ticket system provides and which actions they allow.

Plan reading and changing separately

A record can serve as context without the agent being allowed to change it. For write access, permitted fields, approvals and the handling of repeated requests are defined.

Choose technology by requirements

Model, platform and operating environment follow your data requirements and existing applications. We include the tools you already use in the planning.

Plan for operations

Responsibilities, logs, costs and maintenance are part of the project scope. Which support T-NEX provides is agreed explicitly.

04 / Authority & accountability

Your team keeps
the decision.

For every AI agent it is defined what it may prepare, carry out or submit for approval. For confidential and regulated processes, T-NEX involves those responsible for the subject matter and the technology early on.

Which evidence and operating conditions are needed, we clarify for the specific use with your responsible functions.

Limits for the use of AI agents in banks

Limit rights to the task

Sources and actions are named. An agent does not receive blanket access to all company data.

Hand over unclear cases

Missing details, conflicting sources or unreachable systems need recognisable error and handover paths.

Review changes again

Models, knowledge and interfaces change. Test cases, versions and responsibilities are therefore planned in.

05 / Working together

Start with a clear
use case.

A typical process and a difficult exception make the start concrete. T-NEX works with you to define a scope whose benefits and limits can be verified.

  1. 1

    Define the task

Clarify result, roles, data and permitted actions.

    Result: agreed scope
  2. 2

    Develop the process

Build operation, system integration and approvals on concrete cases.

    Result: reviewable draft
  3. 3

    Assess quality

Evaluate results, exceptions and manual effort together.

    Result: documented tests
  4. 4

    Plan the rollout

Agree access, handover, ongoing tasks and further expansion.

    Result: next project step

06 / Effort & costs

What does a custom
AI agent cost?

The effort depends mainly on the task, the integrations and the control required. Read-only access to knowledge has a different scope than changes in several business systems.

For a reliable estimate, T-NEX needs a concrete use case and an overview of your systems. Timeframe and deliverables are agreed afterwards.

Development

Process variants, data situation, interfaces, roles, operation and test scope.

Ongoing operations

Model usage, infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance and agreed support.

One-off development and ongoing costs are considered separately in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Before the
first step.

The key decisions for your agent project.

Can an AI agent work with our ERP or CRM?

That depends on the available interfaces, permissions and terms of use. T-NEX checks the required data and actions before implementation. Read access and changes are planned separately.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

This is checked against the use case. Planning starts with the existing systems and possible additions. If no suitable interface exists, alternative handovers and their limits are assessed.

Does the agent decide completely on its own?

Its room for action is defined explicitly. An agent can generate proposals, carry out individual steps or request an approval. Which actions are permitted without individual approval depends on the task, the consequences of errors and the agreed control.

Is a particular cloud or language model required?

The choice is made in the project. Data requirements, quality, technical integrations and ongoing effort determine which solution is suitable. A specific operating model is only promised after review.

How do we check whether the solution is worthwhile?

We compare complete processes against criteria agreed in advance: quality of results, processing time, follow-up questions and manual effort. Both typical cases and exceptions belong in the review.

How long does development take?

A schedule is drawn up after the scope has been defined. Data access, system integrations, approvals and test scope influence the duration. A defined pilot can first clarify the open questions for further development.

What do you need for an initial conversation?

A short description of the task, the systems involved and a typical process are enough to get started. It helps to include the person who is professionally responsible for the process. You do not need to send confidential data yet.
