Learn moreWe translate your business needs into a project with a clear scope and verifiable results. Implementation effort and future operating responsibilities are considered together. Start with a focused use case and decide on expansion based on results.
Assessment and responsibility remain with your team.
For management boards, executive teams and leaders responsible for risk, IT, operations and finance.
Section 25c KWG links management’s overall responsibility to organisational principles, oversight of their effectiveness and remediation of deficiencies. For software selection, we derive a practical question: which workflow should become easier to manage?
The following decision structure is a proposal for collaboration. Your institution’s internal authority and committee structure determine who takes each decision.
The paper should connect need and implementation so that leadership can make a reasoned decision about the next step.
| Decision area | Required information | Management outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Business need | Workflow, affected roles and intended result | A defined assignment |
| Evidence and suitability | scope and completed evaluation cases | A traceable selection basis |
| Implementation | Data flows, internal contribution, acceptance criteria and budget scope | An actionable implementation decision |
| Operations | Owners, changes, support and handover | Named responsibility after project completion |
Recurring reports lead to Dynamic AI Reporting. Provider costs and IT planning lead to T-NEX Controlling. Requirements work can be demonstrated in Compliance. Connections between qualitative risks and controls can be explored in the AI Risk Manager demonstrator.
These options have different evidence states. The platform provides shared services; it does not automatically promise every function of every application in each installation.
Before evaluation, we agree the intended outcome: for example, a reconciled report, a fully traceable finding or a resolved cost variance. Processing time, corrections and internal contribution can be recorded for the specific case.
An economic assessment uses your institution’s baseline. Unverified savings percentages and demonstration figures do not establish the investment case. Evaluation brings together scope, risks and the decision about the next step.
A deployed application needs business ownership, technical responsibility and an agreed change process. Data access, AI configuration, support and a possible operator transition also belong in the decision.
T-NEX supports consulting, implementation and agreed operating services. The delivering entity and team are named for the engagement. The decision should also establish internal responsibility after the project.
A defined working case can be the initial step. It provides a testable module selection and a better basis for deciding whether to include other teams.
Reliable figures come from your current process and evaluation results. Generic savings percentages are not presented as guaranteed outcomes.
