T-NEX Banking Platform
One banking platform for controlling, reporting, compliance, risk, PPM and fraud detection. Shared data model, AI at the core, configurable for your institution.
Learn moreTogether, we establish the basis for working with T-NEX. Responsibilities, participating companies, systems and access are identified for your project. Business teams, IT, procurement and data protection can base their decisions on the same information.
Platform principle; the specific scope is agreed for each project.
The T-NEX platform connects roles and permissions with configurable AI connections. The model catalogue and permitted assistant functions restrict access. An external API key is tied to the functions of its assigned assistant.
For your use case, we examine the data processed by each step and the functions that should be enabled. AI providers, model access and processed content are considered for the specific workflow. The configuration is checked against the intended permission scope.
Who runs the environment, manages accounts and handles incidents? These questions are addressed alongside updates, backups and support for your team. Response times and other operational services are tied to the agreed engagement.
Handover and a later change of operator also form part of planning. The required data exports, configurations, documentation and contacts are identified for that purpose. Technical module evidence complements this assessment with documented functionality and versions.
T-NEX includes Germany's T-NEX GmbH and T-NEX Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. Each engagement explicitly identifies your contracting entity and which units will handle development, consulting or operational tasks.
The proposal describes each entity's involvement and responsibilities in the project. Contacts, approvals and change handling are organised accordingly. The relevant responsibility is tied to the specific service agreed for the engagement.
T-NEX works with an international development team. Alongside the German company location, the Kuala Lumpur office forms part of that collaboration. Each project defines who performs which task and which systems or data they need.
That project assignment forms part of access planning. Development environments, test data, support access and production systems are considered individually. Planned access and the associated contractual and technical arrangements form part of the joint vendor assessment.
The project defines the people involved, the countries from which they access systems and the data they need. A company’s registered address alone does not describe those accesses.
The proposal explicitly identifies the contracting entity. It also describes any other units involved in delivering the agreed services and the tasks they will undertake.
We assess the specific workflow, participating roles and required data. System access, assistant functions and any external AI connections are then configured and checked against the agreed scope.
