Existing systems first
Which applications of your data centre or association already cover the task? Only then do we define the actual need and the permitted data path.
I am Andreas Unruh, Managing Director of T‑NEX GmbH. We build AI business applications for banks, insurers and other supervised institutions: AI at the core of every application, one shared data model, a complete audit trail, approval by a human. Your core systems stay in place; we add to them where business units still work by hand today.
Anyone working under supervision must be able to evidence every figure and every decision. That is why we build AI into the core of every application, not as an add-on. The AI reads, classifies and suggests. The audit trail records every step. A human approves.
Andreas Unruh, Managing Director, T‑NEX GmbHCore banking, data centre and association applications are the starting point. We start where reports are still compiled by hand, rulebooks are worked through in Excel or IT costs are recalculated.

A management report, a service-provider invoice with a known deviation or a single circular is enough to begin. Results after a few weeks, not after a year.
Scope of functions, data paths and responsibilities exist as documents before the first figure flows. Internal audit, external auditors and supervisors receive manual versions and evidence on request.
Each module runs on its own on the T‑NEX Banking Platform and shares data model, roles and evidence with the others. All of them contain the same AI layer: it extracts, classifies, validates and drafts. Decisions are made in the business unit.

Projects, line capacity, resource approvals and baselines in one view. Every change traceable.
Typical starting point: Prioritise regulatory initiatives, IT projects and business-unit requests in one portfolio.

Dashboards from plain-language questions. Data queries, editable charts and role permissions in one tool. Sensitive data does not leave your house.
Typical starting point: an existing management report with one additional business question.

Typical starting point: check service-provider invoices and allocate IT costs to business units according to cause.

A report, an invoice or a rulebook: together we check what your systems already deliver and where an addition really saves time. No promise of a ready-made interface, but clear documents for your vendor review.
