AI agents for companies

From quotation to order, the agent works with your own documents.

T-NEX builds AI agents for sales and online retail: preparing enquiries and quotations, maintaining product data, handling orders and follow-up questions. It also builds custom online shops and ordering platforms; a T-NEX ordering and outlet platform for restaurants is in use in Malaysia.

In daily work

Where agents help in sales and online retail

The agents work with your company's documents and systems. They prepare records that currently move between emails, spreadsheets and specialist applications, and put them in front of the responsible team for a decision.

  • Preparing enquiries: Incoming enquiries are read, sorted by request and handed to sales with a list of missing details.
  • Preparing quotations: A draft quotation is built from the enquiry and stored product and service data, and a responsible person checks and approves it.
  • Maintaining product data: Details from item lists and supplier documents are recognised, matched with existing records and presented for review before they reach the catalogue or shop.
  • Handling orders: Reference, line items, quantities and dates of an incoming order are captured. Unclear passages go to a person, checked data goes to the order system.
  • Answering follow-up questions: A chatbot answers questions on range, delivery terms or the ordering process from approved documents, citing the source. Where evidence is missing, the team takes over.
Overview

Components for preparation, checking and follow-up questions

Three T-NEX components underpin these agents. Document AI reads enquiries, orders and product documents and outputs the required details as a reviewable record; unclear passages stay visible rather than being silently filled in. The AI chatbot answers follow-up questions from approved answers, with their source.

Workflow automation connects intake, processing and completion. Order intake and quotation preparation are among its typical uses. The examples on the product page are concepts for workflow design; the actual system actions are developed for your business. An AI pilot with defined evaluation criteria is the starting point.

Overview

Custom online shops and ordering platforms

For online shops and ordering journeys that standard software does not cover, T-NEX develops web applications for your processes and connects them to existing systems such as ERP or CRM. Your team reviews a clickable design first. The proposal records which results are handed over and which usage rights apply.

For hospitality, the ordering platform is a product in its own right: a digital menu, ordering through a table QR code, kitchen and bar displays, and outlets with their own opening hours and stock. We define together which functions your business needs; the platform is set up for the agreed operating model.

The workflow

How we introduce the solution.

  1. 01

Choose a use case. Together we pick a clearly bounded process with a defined input and outcome, such as quotation preparation or order intake, and record how it runs today and what counts as a correct result.

  2. 02

Pilot with a measurable goal. The pilot works with example cases from your daily business, including exceptions. Measures include correctly transferred details and the effort spent on corrections. The result informs the decision on expansion.

  3. 03

Set the rules. Before operation, we agree which approved data the agent may access, which steps a person signs off, for example a quotation or an order, and which actions are logged with the time and the person responsible.

  4. 04

Operation. The agent runs within your processes and is connected to the agreed systems. Responsibilities for maintenance, error cases and business changes are named.

FAQ

Questions about the solution

Does the agent decide on quotations and orders by itself?

The agent prepares the work. Business approvals get an explicitly defined step that a person takes. Direct posting or order creation by the agent is implemented only when it is explicitly part of the agreed workflow.

How does the ordering platform relate to tills and payments?

The platform covers ordering and operational management. The path from order to receipt of payment is defined at introduction, including payment methods and the handling of failed payments. Existing till systems and payment services are taken into account. Till functions require a specific review for the country of operation.

Do advertising, content or SEO belong to this offer?

The agents on this page concern sales and online retail: enquiries, quotations, product data, orders and follow-up questions. For advertising, content or visibility, this page names no T-NEX offer. For marketing, the register page lists further providers in Malaysia. Whether another use case can be solved with agents is something we clarify in conversation.
